24 Hour Self Check-In
So that you may check-in at your convenience (after 3pm check in time, of course), you will enter the house using a digital code and find the key cards on the dining room table.

IMPORTANT - please leave both sets of keys on the table when checking out.

About the house
Our house is for you to enjoy. Basic amenities are provided including clean bedding, fresh towels, bathroom supplies, and more (including an iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer). You have full access to anything that you find in the house - it is there for your use and convenience.

​

Feel free to use all of our cooking ware, utensils and appliances as needed, plus any condiments or other cooking supplies you may find – in short, help yourself to everything. We have plenty of storage space available for groceries, a fridge, outdoor gas grill, dishwasher, oven and cook top, kettle, toaster, and microwave. At this point, we would like to politely remind guests of one of the house rules – to always clean up after yourselves in the kitchen, and not leave any dirty dishes when you check out.

Our home is a strictly non-smoking environment. If you would like to smoke, please go outside to do so. We also ask that cigarette butts/filters are disposed of properly and not left in the yard or driveway. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. In full transparency, we have one security camera located on the front of the house.

Our house has high-speed internet access that you may connect to via wireless.

TV
The house has a 57" flat screen TV with remote. All we ask is that you don't loose our remote! :)

Noise
If any noise or disturbances are reported by our neighbors, (who have our phone number), there will only be one warning phone call from us, and next the police will be called – serious offenders will have their bookings cancelled on the spot and without refund.

Likewise, if you are disturbed by noise from the neighbors or guests above or either side of you, please let us know. If it is very late at night and/or we are not immediately contactable, it is perfectly acceptable to call the local Stonington police. It is not something we expect to happen, but we do take the peaceful enjoyment and sleep of our guests and neighbors very seriously. Please respect our house rules and each other.

Laundry
If you need to do some laundry during your stay, the washer and dryer are located in the basement of the house. We will also provide detergent and fabric softener for your convenience.

Umbrella​

We kindly ask that you collapse the umbrella on the front deck when not in use so that the wind doesn't damage it. 

​

Fire Pit & Tiki Torches

Fires are only allowed in the designated fire pit that we have provided. Please refrain from burning anything but fire wood. We are happy to provide you with some wood for your stay. More bundles can be purchased at both local grocery stores (McQuade's Marketplace and Big Y). Please make sure all fires and tiki torches are attended and extinguished when leaving the house or going to bed.

Wine

You will find a selection of wines in our dining room cork table. If you've forgotten to visit the liquor store before they've closed (9pm most places, 8pm Cask & Keg) we are happy to offer them to you at cost. Each bottle is has a price sticker. All we ask is that you Venmo us for any opened bottles @Israel-Malek

Flowers

If you're enjoying your morning coffee and notice any flowers or plants around the property need a drink of water, please feel free to do so. There's a watering can on the back deck.

Check-out
We kindly ask that you check-out of the house no later than 11am. This will ensure that we have time to properly clean in preparation for our next guests checking in. Please leave the lights switched off and the key cards on the table. It is certainly not expected, however, If you'd like to strip the beds prior to your departure, it will be much appreciated by our cleaners. In addition, if you care to send a message to notify us upon your departure, especially if it is early, this greatly helps us to continually provide the best service possible.
